Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the HyperIndex website, dashboard, Telegram channels, emails, alerts, and paid subscriptions (collectively, the “Service”). By using or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Informational service only

HyperIndex aggregates publicly available on-chain positioning data and presents statistical measurements about a changing set of Hyperliquid traders. The Service is for informational and research purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice; it is not a recommendation or solicitation; and it does not execute or custody trades.

2. Trading risk

Digital assets and leveraged perpetual futures are highly risky. You can lose some or all of your capital. Tracked traders and aggregate positioning can be early, wrong, hedged elsewhere, liquidated, or unrepresentative of future results. Past performance and observed positioning do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and risk controls.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use the Service to violate law, interfere with the Service, obtain or expose protected tracker identifiers, resell paid access, share private channel invitations, scrape restricted paid outputs at scale, or misrepresent HyperIndex data as personalized advice.

4. Data, methodology, and availability

On-chain data, third-party APIs, internet connections, and our own calculations can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or erroneous. The tracked set and methodology may change. We aim to label our actual update cadence and pause comparisons when a tracked-set refresh would make a movement claim unreliable, but we do not warrant continuous availability or perfect accuracy.

5. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payment and stores payment credentials; HyperIndex does not receive your full card number. You may cancel through the Stripe-hosted customer portal or the support route provided in your receipt or onboarding message. Cancellation stops future renewals and access generally continues through the paid period.

6. Refunds

During the founding launch, a first-time subscriber may request a refund of their initial Core subscription payment within seven calendar days of that payment by emailing the support address shown below. The founding guarantee is limited to one initial payment per customer. After that window, fees for an elapsed subscription period are not refundable except where required by law. If we cannot provide paid access after purchase, contact us so we can correct access or issue an appropriate refund.

7. Intellectual property

HyperIndex branding, trader selection, non-public wallet lists, scoring methods, editorial work, alerts, and paid presentation are owned by HyperIndex or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service during an active subscription.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Hyperliquid, Stripe, Telegram, beehiiv, hosting/CDN providers, and public market-data sources. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to your use of those services. HyperIndex is independent and is not endorsed by Hyperliquid.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. HyperIndex will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed alerts, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may change the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new date on this page and, when practical, communicated through the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
